Intro: This year’s Global Competitive Report ranks Saudi Arabia as the world’s 18th most competitive economy. The report, published by the World Economic Forum, in Geneva, Switzerland, says recent improvements to the kingdom’s economy have kept its position in the ranking relatively stable. But the report also points to weaknesses in the Saudi economy, that it says need addressing if Saudi Arabia wants to remain competitive. More in this report from Washington.
