Global Warming Reality – An Open Letter To Mr. Obama

Below is an open letter to President Elect Barack Obama. The new president and the Democratic congress are on a course to damage the U.S. economy based on the false science of man-made global warming. Logical people must come together and write to our Senators and Congressmen and women and tell them not to buy into the man-made global warming alarmists message. Dear Mr. President Elect,

I am writing about my concern for your position on the need to act on global warming.

To accept Al Gore’s explanation of man-made global warming is a mistake. Please review the research by those WITH-OUT an interest in seeing their position advanced. Neutral scientists are reporting that the recent spurt in Global Warming that ended in 1998 was a result of increased sun activity and possibly earth magnetic fluctuations affecting cosmic ray deflection.

CO2 is NOT a major factor in Global Warming and has been a RESULT of Global Warming and NOT a cause.

To enact legislation that would harm our economy by slowing or initiating a carbon tax on industry would be a gross mistake and leave you with a very tarnished legacy when the facts of climate change become obvious in the years ahead.

Also, there is strong evidence that we may be on the cusp of a Global COOLING. Longer term cycles show that we are nearing the end of a warming period and man induced efforts to abnormally cool the planet could push us into a new ice age. This is a much greater danger than any short term warming.

While it is important for the U.S. to obtain energy independence, actions to effect climate change will only hinder our efforts to achieve this and could very easily cause great harm to the United States and to our climate.
