What Is A Democrat

I just can’t understand why any sane person would be a Democrat. Well maybe if your didn’t want to work and wanted the government to provide for you instead of taking responsibility for yourself.

Coulter was right in the title of her book “If Democrats Had Any Brains, They Would Be Republicans”. Here is a list that anyone can see they are wrong about.

Live birth abortion. — And Dems claim to be religious?

Let’s talk to Iran — We’ve been talking to Iran. Once they have nukes its over. One nuke on a scud on a little sub and the emp pulse from the explosion over the east coast will send the U.S. back to horse and buggy days.

Let’s not drill for oil where it is at in the U.S. — We don’t have the technology to get off oil yet. We need to drill for our own oil in the mean time. We are being held hostage by Russia and the mideast. DRILL NOW!

Global warming — The global warming we have seen has been caused by fluctuations in Solar output. There is ample evidence. Al Gore is in the GW thing for the money and because he is angry that we didn’t elect him President.

Let’s take more money from the rich and give it to the poor — Is that realy the function of government. It would be more efficient to just encourage charities to do more. The rich already pay 85% of all income taxes.

Let’s tax oil profits — Didn’t we learn in the 70’s that if you tax a specific industry more you get less of that product? We need more oil, not less. Oil company profits still aren’t as high as a percent of investment as most industries.

Let’s have government health care — We have the world’s best health care because it is private. Do we really want to wait months to see a doctor or have an emergency proceedure like they do in Canada? The U.S. system is the fall back system for Canada when they can’t save someone.
