Euro zone finance ministers have agreed on the latest emergency aid for Greece, as it tries to stave off bankruptcy. More than billion will be paid to the government over the next fortnight. For Greeks facing harsh austerity measures, that help has come at a high price as the threshold for those who must pay taxes is lowered. Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports from Athens.
