An inspiring little book you can read on the run (chapters are short). It's based on the simple premise that people have an innate capacity for happiness and when happy, we are much more competent, productive, and creative. It's a kind of roadmap of the various, often unconscious, distractions that create internal anger, depression and especially worry. When aware of these negative distractions, we are able to deal with each one more effectively and our lives are greatly improved.
Carlson, a practicing psychologist and stress consultant, makes a powerful point that we have two psychological modes most of the time: Reactive and responsive. The reactive mindset impairs our judgement and decision -making; we are overly critical and negative. The responsive state of mind is relaxed; we see the big picture; we are flexible, calm and at our best. Your level of success is a direct relationship with the amount of time you spend in the responsive state of mind.

Make Money Online is not a get-rich quick book. It's also not one of those fluff pamphlets thrown together as an "ebook." Nope, this is neither because it is a get-wealthy-slowly-but-surely book, one that is a complete plan and that covers all the bases, and one that is jam-packed full of information. This book taught me how do work from home, which I need badly. I am a contractor and jobs aren't flooding my way. Now I can take some control. The book explains how to find the right products to sell to people who are hungry for those products. The Internet is vast and so the next step is to get people who want what you have to find you - and the book just keeps on giving (I am excited, I am not trying to be cliche) - because it explains exactly how to create a business plan, explains how to brand yourself and your products, shows how to get "targeted traffic" (I had heard that term before but I'd never known what it meant. I now understand that it means there are people out there who will, electronically, sort of raise their hand that they're interested in your items and once you learn who they are you are ready to make a sale!), and more. But the REAL DEAL comes at the end when you get a DVD that goes into depth showing you how to leverage Amazon and Apple in promoting eBooks and MAN I was shocked at how EASY that was! Highly recommended!!!

We all know there are thousands of ways to make money online but there are thousands of scams too. And I don't want to trade a $15/hr job for a $15/hr job sitting at a computer screen all day at home; I want to maximize my time and efforts. My father told me about Vic's book and let me read a few chapters from his Kindle. As soon as I got home, I bought my own copy. Just from the half or so I read at Dad's, I've already began planning how I'm going to focus my energies to make money online. The key is not just utilizing copyright-free materials to leverage your own products, but also Vic teaches a slew of Internet marketing strategies and income-producing techniques that work. And we know they work because his own sites are IN THE TOP 5% OF ALL TRAFFIC OF ALL RANKED WEB SITES IN THE WORLD!!! I respect his record; for the same reason I read articles and books by and about people such as Warren Buffet and Donald Trump, I want to read money-making strategies by people who have proved themselves at it. Vic certainly has and as you read and learn the systematic approach he uses to walk you step-by-step through the process, you will agree that his methods are sound and tested. ***Pay attention to the chapter I just finished: "Milking Multiple Streams of Income From One Site"! It is THE WAY to leverage your blog's or other kind of site's hard work!

Reading Dr. Richard Carlson's book "Don't Worry, Make Money", is a wise way to spend an afternoon. This book provides a lot of practical information, all in one readily accesible source. It is quite enjoyable reading material, offering a simple, yet effective, and easy to digest format. The book offers 100 specific tips, thoughts and reflections on how to make your life less stressful, how to keep things in the proper perspective, maximize your daily productivity, and make sure that you're receiving the well deserved pay that you're entitled to. A must buy for anyone continuing their own personal spiritual journey.

|I am working Vic's system now every weekday,
I was quite surprised when I ran across Vic's book (the physical version) and saw what he was promoting. It goes way beyond the typical sell-pub-domain stuff. He describes how getting your approach and business plan for this is vital to set up properly to ensure a maximum income. Also, he doesn't leave you in the cold with marketing; he discribes how you can brand (no matter how large or small your business is), how you can get into your buyers' heads, how to get targeted traffic (meaning locating buyers hungry for YOUR products), and how to manage social networks and blogs to get the most sales. This is actually a mino-course on marketing as well as an extremely effective way to produce an income from digits. Finally, if you do nothing else,you're short-sighted if you don't adhere to at least 3 of his "Six Big Income Generators."
