AP-GfK Poll: Views on Economy, Obama Role Sour

Americans' views on the economy have dimmed this summer. But so far, the growing pessimism doesn't seem to be taking a toll on President Barack Obama's re-election prospects. (Aug. 25)

The poll isn't giving Obama the credit he deserves. As the worst president in at least 100 years Obama should get credit for destroying more of America. If he gets re-elected there are a lot more morons in this country than even I suspected.
The problem is not Obama. He had the economy moving in the right direction and pulled us out of the Great Recession, which ended in June of 2009. Then, the Republicans took the House. Since then, we have been moving in the wrong direction again. Vote Republican obstructionist-plutocrats out!!
Obama will be Toast in the 2012 Elections!

Where's the GOP's numbers? What happened to all those jobs that the GOP were going to create if given the House? What's their story now, we have to allow corporations to kill 700,000 a year, like the Chinese, before they'll set up shop in the U.S.?

Every election is an I.Q. test. Yes, it was GW Bush that delivered us into this financial crises in a period of 8 years. And we expect Obama to fix it all in four, all the while the very banks we bailed out, are now holding the economy hostage until they can return to business as usual. I am for every middle class hardworking American withdrawing their money from U.S. banks and dropping their 401k plans as a denial of profit attack on the banksters.

@bahamaboy25 how would he have fixed America by hiring and keeping Tim Geitner? During the Clinton era Geitner pushed for the deregulation that led to the crash, during the Bush era as head of the NY Fed he ignored all the wrong doing by Wall Street, and during the Obama admin he has opposed any meaningfull reforms of the banking system
We dont care about early polls because soon as they in vote something changes low numbers high numbers Obama 2012 is still in his hands. He will get re-elected his job is not dine as long the republicans stop blocking him for their own greed he would have been fix America..
