I ran into these same problems. About a year and a half ago, I got a web script that did something like what I wanted and started using it. The only problem was that it only gave me one feed to add everything to, and it just did not do everything I wanted it to do. I eventually gave up on it.

My name is Steve Schafer, and I have been into internet marketing since 2003. Many of you have never heard of me because I tend to keep a low profile (never have been a “social butterfly”). So what do I do? I drive traffic to websites. I also know the power of RSS feeds for doing just that.
I am not some self proclaimed “guru” or anything like that. I am not a marketing genius, and I do not own a mansion and a yacht. I do know how to rank websites and get them traffic though. Want proof?
That is one of my sites in the top 20 of google for 207 keyword variations, and #1 for “solar lights” and “solar lighting”, beating out Amazon, Target, solarlighting.com, etc. (I even outrank "shopping results").

Yup, this site is only a PR1, and you won’t find a ton of low quality links pointing to it. Still, it ranks #1 for "plumbing info", on the front page for “plumbing”, as well as a few other variations.
Here is an interesting bit of info: While yahoo site explorer does not show too many links to my sites, Google has found a LOT more. Not only that, but Mr. G. decided those links were important enough to rank my sites pretty high for some VERY competitive keywords. Why? Simple… I use RSS Syndication on my Backlinks!
Not only that, but what you don’t see is that I actually get traffic to many of those articles, videos, etc. (although I am barely starting the whole “video marketing” thing). That traffic finds its way back to my money sites, giving me an even bigger traffic boost!
Whether you are using article marketing, paying someone to create backlinks to your site, or doing one or more of the gazillion different methods for getting links to your site, you cannot get around the fact that many of them will never reach Google’s index without some help.
With RSSonator, every time you get a new backlink, just go to that page and add that page to one of your feeds. It is automatically submitted to twitter, facebook, and onlywire (where they are sent to a slew of other social media sites as well). Not a problem. RSSonator has a mass import feature, with a built in “drip-feeder”. Then you need to mash them all together to create a big feed (gotta love the "Info on Weight Loss, World of Warcraft, Purple Ferret Sweater" feed!). You cannot easily add to those feeds, so when you are done promoting them, you throw them away and create a new one.
With RSSonator, you spend about 3 minutes (or less) setting up a feed to suit whichever niche you want to promote. When you post a video promoting that niche, or an article to ezinearticles, just go to that page, click a button, choose that feed from the drop-down box and go. Your feed is updated with the title, description, and link to that page.
Create separate feeds for your weight loss niche promotion, your Zigor Guides sales page, and your Purple Ferret Sweaters Amazon promotions.
Keep your backlinking campaigns organized and on track, by having a separate, SEO friendly feed for each of your different niches.
When the feeds are submitted to aggregators, the content is more focused. They go into the right categories, with the proper keywords (which means people will actually FIND them).
Setting up a new feed takes about 3 minutes (or less). Then you can just add URLs to whichever feed you want on the fly!

What if I am not very “technical”? Can I still use RSSonator?
RSSonator is self-installing, so it is Super Easy to set up. If you can upload a folder and some files to your web host and type a URL into your browser, you can install it.
Using the application is really easy as well. It was built to be as user friendly as possible. Everything about the application is straight forward – it pretty much explains itself! Can I set up RSSonator on different domains?
Honestly, there is really no need to, and it would make the "button" a bit tough to use. Also, for security reasons, we need to limit installation to a single domain. RSSonator is set up to give you all the functionality you need from a single installation. Personally, I would recommend setting up a site on your server that is used just for the application.
You can even use an RSS wordpress plugin to make the site it's own aggregator if you want! Really, the possibilities are endless! If you need help coming up with a domain name, I will give you a link to a fantastic resource for coming up with the perfect domain name in the user guide.
What about updates?
I will be gathering feedback from all of my customers, and using that feedback to make RSSonator better, faster, and stronger! As I upgrade the software, I will probably need to raise the price for it, but as an existing customer, you will be guaranteed:
