Ron Paul has stated that his position is not to end the fed overnight, but to phase it out gradually through first introducing competing currencies and by changing the legal tender laws. That's what Robert Foster was referring to. I agree it could be misleading the way he phrased it....but hey, it rhymed, and if anybody is really making up their mind because of a video like this rather than doing more extended research then they are fail, not this program.
