Small Business Owners are Having Difficulties Finding Qualified Workers

Fox Business News - According to a New York survey on manufacturing, more than 80% of businesses reported difficulties finding qualified workers. Many potential workers do not have the basic skills needed for the positions. Potential workers lack advanced computer skills, interpersonal skills and they can not show up to work on time. NFIB Chief Economist Bill Dunkelberg said 15% of small business owners have job openings they can't fill because of these issues.
