It shows new listings are up 45 percent for February 2010 compared to February 2009. The average sale price for February 2010 decreased 7.9% compared to February 2009. Problem is that politicians claim that everything is fine and we are in a recovery. Doctors being out of work is a wake up. People are still getting sick now. However, they no longer have insurance. It is just too expensive.

interesting but of course, purely anecdotal. Since you believe in collapse, when would you concede it is not going to happen? If everything is still normal by 2011, 2012?
Medical offices are going vacant mostly i think bkz they are finding cheaper rent elsewhere as there is so much on the market and it is driving price down.
go to gateway mall its a faux ghost mall...lots of fake faux store fronts to give you an illusion that everything is ok...check it out...great video
Around here in Charlotte NC I've noticed that Medical offices are not going out of business but rather relocating because better facilities are opening up due to low rent and availability. In other words they are abandoning the older buildings for the recently built pretty ones because they are sitting empty with desperate landlords.
well, first they gotta straighten crap out with the Euro. Then they can introduce the amero. I can't see them collapsing both US dollar and euro and make both regions accept the same notes
@pavilionking06 I agree about the North American Union.....it will probably take marshall law to get it to take affect. It could actually be the next civil war....I hope not. We tried that once and see where that got us.

It's much more for the formation of the North American Union and to introduce the Amero currency to compete with the Euro. than marshall law.

Great vid Aaron.....I'm not sure anyone is really saying this economy is not bad. The thing is, this economy was fabricated by those who want to crush the US. This country will have to face an economic meltdown so they can impose marshal law and have a complete take over. Keep up the good work.

Blockbuster has shut down many stores in my area. They are pretty shaky right now.
