This is a great all round course on building sites and sell them for a profit via Flippa. Josee goes into great detail on how to set up word press sites or farm out the work to freelancers.

She then explains which niches to target and lists many examples of strong selling niches for you to target.

Further on she explains how to set up your pre built sites on Flippa and what she prefers to do to maximize your auction profits.

What I also liked about this WSO is that she shows great examples of building residual income and other ways to make money on Flippa (and the warrior forum)

If you are stuck in a miserable 9-5 J.O.B. and are looking for a way to get started with very little financial outlay and a few spare hours then this is a great WSO and the perfect place for you to start.

Given proofs of her earnings are not images or video's which can be fake but her original Flippa profile where it is clearly mentioned.

There are some nice tips about from how to create a website to how to sell that website on flippa and how to make good relationship with buyers to make more sales.

And the best part is about how she made thousands of dollars from a website and then she sold that website for $1000 on Flippa. (I am definitely going to work on that)
