This lady is brilliant and well-spoken. I personally know of a mortgage broker who advised everyone near foreclosure to accumulate as much debt as possible before filing bankruptcy. This country will face a credit card crisis worse than the real estate meltdown a few years ago.
The entire system is corrupt , the more debt you are in , the better your credit score !
