Step 1 - purchase quickly to get the best price
Step 2 - just sit back and watch the madness unfold
Step 3 - usually just wait several hours or until the next day to begin using.

Unless you are certain that your world will come to an immediate end if you cannot download the products and create your FB Store within minutes of your purchase, then consider doing something else for awhile and check back in a few hours.

Unless I missed something, I do not think there is a race to see who gets the FB Store online first.

I'm going to go and make 3 niche WordPress sites & check the FB Social Store admin area later...
