I think I was one of the first to buy this and I also bought the OTO. I have installed the plug in on one blog only so far but will be doing my other blogs over the weekend. First I watched a couple of videos and learned what to do. I opened the Bot which is the OTO and set it running for one keyword 1 page of serps only. Within what seemed like seconds it got me 253 relevant links. I opened up the spreadsheet deleted a few I did't fancy and saved. I imported the file into the plugin and let it rip. This blog is small with less than 20 posts at present so it took about 3 seconds to do it's thing. I checked a few of the posts and liked what I saw there. I think this is a great plug in that does what it says on the tin. I am glad I got the OTO as finding and copy and pasting those links would be a royal pain in the ... I'm a fairly conservative marketer. I like to use tools that don't go overboard, yet serve a purpose to create a positive experience for my visitors. This tool does all that. And, it's a real time saver.
I wouldn't even have requested a review copy unless I felt that it had some promise. I did get the review copy and here's my review ... * Set up? - Simple, straight forward and intuitive. * Does it do what it says? - Totally, just like Matt explains it. * Editing? - Very easy to go in and correct spelling mistakes or eliminate links or change any part of the "options" section. I started with one set of options, then changed the options and all the posts reflected the change. * Adding Links? - You can add them individually or import a comma delimited list. A nice feature when importing is that the tool will not enable duplicate listings. * Conclusion - If you'd like to add more authority links to your blog in other places than the sidebar and have some variation in them, this tool will do it for you, easily and quickly. In my case, I have several older blogs with lots of posts and it would take hours to do this without the Authority Links Maximizer. ** OTO - There is an OTO that will enable you to scrape a huge amount of authority links to be able to provide more variety to your link rotations, however, you could manually search for links and add them gradually over a period of time if you wanted to. I'd recommend basing your decision on your budget and time versus money spent as to whether you decide to pick up the OTO. |
