Hey Guys - I am the ugly mug on that video, and as it says in the copy, it was completely unsolicited. It was the least I could do (although left up to AJ he would want royalties ) Lee and AJ have been INSTRUMENTAL in my early success, and will continue to be until they cut me off from the tit! With respect to the 4K (actually 4100 lol) that I may have acquired, by the way the set up fee is a cool $10,500, I have a face to face meeting this weekend with the guy. I will happen to be in the city that he is from, convincing a complete stranger to let go of that amount of money from a few e-mails and a couple of phone conversations is no easy undertaking. I will more than likely start smaller to show him "what I am made of" , and move into the larger if I feel I am losing the sell, I may not, we shall see. The point is, I wouldn't even be in this position if it was not for Lee and AJ, and it is exciting to even be in this position. Usually, when I see testimonials, and someone says "OMG LIKE I TOTALLY CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE LETTING *PRODUCT* GO FOR THIS PRICE! YOU ARE INSANE NOT TO BUY IT" , I cringe. Well, this time, today, I am that guy. I am not going to say it because I just said it as if I was mocking someone, so that is good enough. Not only do I have this potential big one, I have multiples in the pipeline, I almost have a problem: I am doing such a good job with my clients, they are referring me now faster than my 9-5 allows me to keep track, a good problem, one that is easily fixable. It is easy to close a referral. I know that Lee and AJ have mentioned that referrals will come, but I "half-hearedly" didn't believe it, sort of like when you hear IM gurus say "push a button to get rich" you sort of want to believe it, but know deep down it can't be true? Well, in this case, it is true. Let these guys "hold your hand" through your first few, work those first few , do a good job, and just wait for your business to explode. Lee/AJ , thanks for the support help the last couple of months, it has been insane, and the kind words! Am I the hardest working one? lol maybe. DISCLAIMER - I have nearly every one of Lee & AJ's courses and am also a member of their Offline Millionaire's club. With that outta the way... by implementing only ONE of their strategies, I was able to land (SEO) 3 clients within the first 45 days of pulling the trigger... in a "popular" niche that resulted in a $3k upfront payday and a $1,400/mo residual. What to Sell?
The "gurus" are constantly pitching you the "flavor of the day" when it comes to what to sell.
Mobile, SMS, Reputation Management, Etc!
But, no one tells you how to structure what you sell into lead offers and upsells, what to offer as a lead offer and why, and what to upsell and how!
We're gonna tell you that!
How Much to Charge!
On this forum alone, we've seen WSO's that suggested everything from $10 to $1000 plus for basic SEO work. No wonder everyone's confused.
Once you learn what to sell, we're going to also tell you what to charge...and it's going to be way more than you would have thought possible! AND! We're going to tell you how to charge so that you build up residual income...which is the holy grail of any business!
How to Actually Do the Work--Or Outsource It
For God's sake, outsource! If you don't you're not building a business, you're just creating another JOB!
But most folks are very confused about outsourcing.
No longer!
We're going to tell you exactly what to outsource and how to find and keep good outsourcers.
And...Most Importantly...How to Find Clients!
Honestly, this is the biggie!
Most folks can figure out the first three items, but you're probably not going to figure this one out...not until you've maxed out your credit cards trying.

You can build a business cold calling! You can do that. I've done it twice! But here's the problems with cold calling...
1. Most folks just can't do it!
2. You'll be spending at least 4 hours a day on the phone, prospecting.
3. It's going to take several months before you get a real business going with a really good income.
You can also build a business with mass post card mailings...But again, here's the problems with this...
1. You'll need at least $1000 cash to get this rolling.
2. Just like cold calling, it's going to take months before you have a real business up and running.
Mass emailing?

Craigslist emailing?
