|Anyone interested in property investment should read this!,
Having lived in Asia for a number of years I have always wanted to invest into the regions property market but have always been a bit put off by the potential complexities and hidden problems.
Not only does this book outline the key fundamentals for investing in property, it also truly breaks down the various Asian markets into detailed but digestible, bite sized chunks. Tim highlights the pros and cons of each market and highlights the potential pitfalls involved.
I am now far more confident in navigating the Asian property markets and would recommend this book to any budding investor.

|A good argument for Asian property,
This book makes a good case for why investment in Asian property is attractive, despite the ups and downs in the market. It's easy to read, arguments are backed up by interesting data, and Murphy uses his own experiences -- good and bad -- to give a very practical guide to how to buy, and what pitfalls to avoid. This book doesn't try to tell you exactly where or what to buy, but it could have done with a few more case studies. However, it will make you think twice about buying a seemingly idyllic beach villa in Bali, and consider something that will have much more chance of making you some money.
