The Senate convened for a period of morning business and thereafter resumed consideration of S 3187, the Food and Drug Administration user fee reauthorization bill. *At 4:30pm, the Senate will turn to executive session to consider the nomination of Paul Watford to be a US Circuit Court Judge for the Ninth Circuit. *At 5:30pm, the Senate will take a cloture vote on the Watford nomination.
