There's no way that both parties can be equally bad. Yeah, they both tend to suck, but the democrats took the bad policies of the republicans and magnified and accelerated them. Now many republicans want to turn it around, but? the democrats want to accelerate the sources of the problems still.
I think you absolutely right Mr. Schiff. I am a? business owner and it is seriuosly hurting my business. These regulations are killing my profits, I am not the one who caused the bubble why am i being punished. I am afraid my pursuit of happiness would have to close down. Also have too let my employees go. There is too many regulations on us small business owners.

If you support FREE TRADE w/ Commies, you must be a COMMIE! I see a lot of R signatures on the trade bills along with D's! Mysteriously Paul's? signature is absent on those Bills... Is it possible that's why R's dislike him?
Mr. Schiff, I agree so much w/ what you say, however it is Businesses Patriotic duty to create jobs here! Our illegal Federal Reserve, Wall Street short tradding and? UNFAIR TRADE Agreements have lead business away from our shore. Until these things are corrected, lowering taxes on Business will do SQUAT to create jobs here! There are no taxes to manufacture in a Communist Country and bring crap here! It needs to change! RON PAUL 2012!

Not really. Politicians like him are? expert at demagoguery, he'd probably be cheered, and Schiff would be booed. People in this country want a person to make an appeal to their emotions, not their mind.

Trust me, coming from a Briton, the last person who you want to run a country is a social democrat. Whilst they may be charismatic and charming, they often have no idea of what they are talking about and like spending other people's? money.

Ron Paul stands against government as such, not for individual rights or laissez-faire capitalism. I agree that current Republicans are not a solution to the? Democrats, but a near-anarchist isn't a solution either.

debt & fiscal situation is a much greater threat to our national security than some 3rd? world country that "might" have a single nuke that has no capability of striking us whatsoever. The threat of Iran is overrated just like Iraq was.
I can understand why it would be hard to believe but if u look at his record, has never voted for unbalanced budget or anythig unconstitional, he gives a portion of his salary back to the US Treasury, he even wants to? reduce his own pay to about $39k (the average persons salary) per year if he were President. He's a man of integrity & principle & he's been preaching the same messagein office 20+ plus years! He's real. I don't 100% agree with RP's foreign policy but our own...
You say that now, but look at every single president in the history of the U.S. At some point in office, they were forced to go against their ideology for the sake of compromise. He touts? his "incorruptable" record, but how many of the ~800 bills he sponsored actually went somewhere? A president is delegated few powers, so he has to be able to pick and win his battles. Ron Paul is capable of neither. Also, his foreign policy is on the borderline of pure absurdity.

All that is required for a free market to work is belief in the system & some effort by the individual. We all have to get out of this mindset of Gov't central planning, spread the wealth around, get something for nothing because we will all be poor in the end. I recommend that u read Thomas Sowell's Basic Economics. Corporations just don't get wealthy in a free market, everyone does! Look at history &? read the book I mentioned.
If corporations destroy? & don't create then how did we become the richest nation the world has ever seen? Who puts money in your pocket; your employer or the Gov't? Where do u get this non-participation idea? Are people just lazy & unmotivated if it wasn't for Gov't programs? Free market capitalism gives everyone the maximum avenues to succes & the highest quality goods/services at the cheapest price.What you advocate destroys this process.
