He could done that from the moment he sat in office, issued a? presidential executive order ordering the troop withdrawal from Iraq within days & weeks. The 16 trillion dollar bail outs should have went to the real physical economy and start insourcing-reshoring jobs, rebuild and upgrade lost heavy industries, reform public education from social indoctrination to teaching educational basics, etc
